I dreamt Mr. Peanut was chasing me. We were in town. I was in a JFK-style convertible and he was flipping all around and even swinging and walking on the power lines, not unlike a crazy squirrel.
So I've gone a week without an entry. I have to try to update this thing regularly. I'm going to force myself to write at least every other day. I've just been very busy these past weeks. This semester is officially over, and summer has begun. It began, too. Oh, and graduation was today, but I didn't go.
Summer 2004:
- 3 classes at Stanly
- read a book a week
- work on portfolio
- finish independent Web projects
- go to Myrtle Beach (?)
- find Gary
- sleep (something I didn't get to do this semester)
- finish renaming the 2000 or so songs I have waiting in my download folder
- fish at least once (something I haven't done in...two years, maybe)
- research and apply for every scholarship I can find
- take the CIW and A+ certification exams
- read a book a week
That should keep me busy for the next three months. I'm going to study like a madman for those exams. I'd like to go for at least three of the CIW, and they range in price from $99-175. Wouldn't want to have to take any again.
Flight of the Navigator, one of my favorites as a kid, is finally being released on DVD. Also, Slaughterhouse-Five is being rereleased on DVD. I've never seen it, but I love the book, so $11 is fine by me. I don't use commas correctly.
